Section 2
Alignment from the donor perspective - This section analyses the results generated by Part 2 of the questionnaire, the part completed separately by donor agencies. The main purpose is to summarise as accurately as possible the information provided, but, where possible, we also discuss the consistency of the results with the findings from the other parts of the survey. The main text focuses mainly on quantifiable findings while the most interesting experiences and issues are described in text boxes.
