Government perception of donor practices with regard to alignment - Part 3 of the questionnaire was completed by government representatives of seventeen countries: Benin, Burkina Faso, Chad, Ethiopia, Gambia, Ghana, Kenya, Madagascar, Malawi, Mozambique, Niger, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Senegal, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia. The aim of this part was to obtain a view from government officials on their perception of how donors are aligning with national PRS-processes. This was with the objective of identifying further opportunities and constraints to alignment.
